On the highway from Larissa to Volos we have to pay 10eur for 40km.
I think every now and then we have to get trapped in a nearly unpassable street due to wrong information, either from humans or electronic.
Never trust a navigation system. On the map we find a nice place where we can spend 2 relaxed days. So the navy gets the information about location and we follow.
We should have been warned from the time we take the diversion from the main street to a narrow street. Trustful we drive further down the steep really narrow road through the village, passing a parked car with just 2cm distance left and right (Hosain did a really excellent job) ............ ending in a dead end. Fortunately in all this misery there was an open garage with the possibility to turn our car. This was absolutely horrible, but in the end, after loosing 1 hour we were able to get out.
The following pictures are taken after this adventure, when we try to find a way out. This is easy compared to the above mentioned story.
Exhausted and tired we find a nice place to camp over night near a cozy little bay in Aprios Andreas. That's the view!

Pilion is not on our planned route, nevertheless we want to see this part of Greece, that is not so popular for international tourism. Maybe we have the chance to find some nice not crowded beaches to take a 1 day rest.

In the evening we walk to the small harbour and have an excellent dinner in an authentic greek Tavern. The owner is the fisherman, who catches the fish, his wife cooks and the young son serves the food.

That is how an octopus (of course already dead) is cleaned and prepared to be cooked
Next day we drive further on to the south of Pilion and find a lovely place to chill out. There are already some few campers nearby, mainly greek who spend their summer in this little bay. We drive up the hill and stay in a distance with a beautiful set up.
